Only that the parking was free and have many parking lots.
It gave us a feeling more of staying in low class motel.
Rooms were very congested and tacky. When we entered in the toilet, toilet paper was floating 😭 in there which spoiled our mood.
Breakfast was horrible, they ran out of Nutella, whipped butter during our stay, after letting the kitchen person know, no response, they don't refill it.
I think they refill only once a week by looking at the kitchen area, that's my guess.
This is for sure that I am not going to book any Comfort INN hotels in future.

I liked the breakfast and the boiled water that it was always prepared. The men staff were very friendly especially one of them who was from down town Quebec city. Unfortunately I don't know his name. He admitted us.

Location is good. You have restaurants, gas stations etc. near by at a walking distance. Breakfast was good and having lot of variety. Ground floor rooms have direct access to the parking and you can park your vehicle right outside your room. Which I think is super convenient. Room was spacious and having all the necessary things. In all this property provide decent accommodation. Ohh yes !! near to Quebec airport.
Overall cleanliness. It looks like a old infrastructure which has not been renovated since long. Official breakfast timing was from 7 to 9:30 AM, but the staff started wrapping and cleaning up the breakfast area by 9:15 AM itself and they were telling all guests that breakfast is finished. I guess they should handle the situation differently. There are different timings of breakfast on weekends and weekdays, so be mindful of that.

Front office was great. I opened the door to the room and it had not been cleaned. They found me another room and carried my very heavy bags to the second floor. And then downstairs next morning. But after a long day of travel and

the beds was very uncomfortable did not sleep well for the price it really wasn’t what I was expecting
I’ve been there before and it was much better 2 years ago ! no coffee machine in the room. I understand the no breakfast be of COVID-19 but no coffee in the room ! when I checked my Booking.com app the same room if I would have booked it that day was at 115$ but because I had booked in August I paid 140$ which makes no sense to me
