-Dining area with a table for 8 people and an extra table for 4/6 people
-4 bedrooms ( total: 3 double beds and 6 singles beds).- Possibility to add baby bed
-3 bathrooms ( total 2 shower and one bathtub)
-Sauna
-Playing/TV room on the basement
-ski room
-laundry inside the house
-Garage with space for your car ( electric car charger available ) and 3 spaces outside
-garden with small sitting area. The garden is divided with the neighbors

This house was perfect for our holiday ski trip -- and Julie was an excellent host. We had two small needs when we arrived, and they were handled within minutes. On a Sunday! The house had everything we and our adult children needed -- plenty of room to spread out, but also a great gathering spot on the main level to be together. The kitchen was well stocked -- especially thoughtful that Julie provided coffee to get us started since we arrived after the Coop had closed for the day. The beds were comfortable after a long day of skiing, and we spent a lot of time warming up by the fire -- great fireplace, easy to use, kicks out a lot of heat. Check in and out was very easy, and instructions were clear so we knew to leave time to get our garbage and recycling to the central locations (about a 5-7 minute walk from the house).The house is in a great location -- quick walk to and from the Bahnhof and gondola up the mountain, but also an easy walk to the Coop (grocery) and many restaurants and apres ski. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! We hope to come stay again

Great house in perfect location. Near train and ski lifts. Plenty of room, great for family with restaurants and grocery store around corner.

The house is amazing and located right in the heart of Andermatt. Julie was very good at communicating and we loved our stay. Definitely can recommend.

Big house with a lot of space for all of us (6 audults and 4 children). It was situated in the middle of the village. Close to everything. The house was well equipped.
We had a wonderful time in Andermatt!
