Het zwembad en bubbelbad waren heerlijk. Ook de kamer was fijn.
Jammer dat je bij aankomst dan zelf de bedbank voor de kinderen op moet maken.

Clean and nice
I did not get the room that I paid for and they had me at the desk for 45 min. I believe that they have my original room out to someone else because they said that name first then they scrambled to find another room for us.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. They had a shuttle that took us around the area (within 5 miles). They were all so helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The food was tasty and hot, the area was well-prepared.

The breakfast was very nice and there were a lot of choices. We also found the suite to be very clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were all efficient and helpful.
The pillows on the bed could have been firmer, and the shower curtain was broken.

The room had a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Very cozy.
I didn't like the banging on the walls from a possible room renovation. It was very annoying.

loud music being played after 9p - thumping of the bass heard easily in our room. pillows too soft, once you laid on them your head sunk to the bed. blankets/sheets very rough, dry feeling

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Great breakfast and pool area nice. Staff very nice
I was locked out of my room for two hours because the door battery died and no one was on site to fix it. No offer of an adjustment to my bill.. Noisy guests above.

Everything, staff was friendly..hotel was very beautiful and clean 1st time there and will definitely be back.
