I think most hotels in this range provide free BREAKFAST as we travel extensive being from Airline industry
The quality of coffee could have been better as there was no fragrance or aroma even if you provide as complimentary . Please know that all my views are honest and incase you think on improvement levels

The location is excellent close to everything in the French quarter. The hotel itself is beautiful and very hospitable. Love staying here. Staff was fantastic!

Lovely property, very clean and central
The staff member at the front desk on the day ( 28th August evening) was very rude and she greatly complicated our check in process. She did not understand our booking via booking.com and charged us twice. She also added resort charge which should not be applicable to bookings done on booking.com. She failed to acknowledge her error even when we pointed it out to her and we had to escalate to another member of staff to get the money refunded. This left us feeling very uncomfortable
