The Island Water Park is great and the arcade is so much fun. Each staff member I interacted with was very nice
Our room was dirty upon check in with a very suspicious dried up stain from the previous guest left on the toilet seat in our bathroom and no soap or shampoo etc. The mattress is like something off of a motel pull out sofa bed. Lastly, the dining options here are terrible.

Location - having 2 little ones location is HUGEEEEE.
We were only feet from the beach itself - so I could go setup our beach stuff before bringing them down - it was safe when we left it there - even later on - my daughter wanted to go ride rides - so we left our beach stuff unattended again - chairs - tent - sand toys - food … stuff that’s easily stolen wasn’t touched at alllllll
They need a better setup for people coming in from the beach… there was literally ONE (1) shower for everyone coming off the beach to rinse off with.
ANDDDDD
THERE IS NO POOL THAT FAMILIES CAN USE UNLESS WE PAY FOR THE WATER PARK - definitely false advertising on that… they closed the pool completely and you now have to pay for the water park…

Room was clean
I paid for early arrival and when we went to our room it was dirty had to go back down to get new key cards and the staff was not very remorseful of the inconvenience. Could of at least refund the 50 I paid for the early arrival
