Spa was great, room was clean and ready...I'd recommend doing the mobile check in. I spoiled myself and got room service twice, it was super quick and tasty!
I couldn't check out from my TV, so I had to go to the front desk.

Food was delicious. Room was very nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Show was great. Drinks were delicious. (Can't comment on outside things because of the nor easter.) Overall nice place to stay.
Could have been more staff helping direct people around as the place is very confusing. The smell of cigarette smoke around the casino was really strong. The shopping was just "ok."

it was a nice stay.. bathroom could have been cleaner.. old hair on floor, but overall pleasant stay
NO entertainment.. For a luxury hotel, not much to do.. most restaurants closed mid week during summer? no piano music or even karaoke. Had to leave property at night, which we didn't feel we should have had to do..
