Lovely room and great location! The bathroom was lovely and the shower was amazing. I didn’t get to enjoy the room and much as I would want to due to car troubles. I arrived the morning of my check out date but the hotel staff kept my room for me. I was so beyond grateful! They even gave me a later check out as I’d only get the room for a few hours.
The night staff that I spoke to on the phone was quite abrupt and didn’t handle the situation as well as I’d liked.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, and we were even upgraded to a deluxe room, however, their was a lot of noise happening right above us due to a wedding party going on and it was difficult to rest and try to fall asleep. Valet was awesome. Front desk staff was very kind and provided information.
One thing that could have been more clear is a sign downstairs to indicate that the front desk is upstairs. Unless I missed the sign, but a little confused at first on where to go, and had to wait a little but for the valet to direct us, by the way, Valet was a 10/10. They were helpful, kind, and welcoming and made my parking a smooth process, BIG SHOUTOUT TO THEM.

Rooms were spacious, decent view. Pillows and bed were comfortable which we were happy about.
You have to take an elevator from restaurant to hotel lobby was awkward. Also, $3.00 for a small bottle of water was extreme. We just walked to the 7eleven and purchased 6 bottles for $5.
Rooms were outdated but comfortable.
