Staff are excellent. Love the rooftop pool cos you get a nice breeze when its too hot at the beach. And the beach is nice and close. Comfy bed and the laundry room is excellent

The location: close to beach, stores and having ABC in the building.
We couldn't get rooms on same floor. We could visit family members on a different floor (3 rooms on different floors) because the elevator does not allow access to other floors. We booked far in advance.

Climate beaches shopping.
Wifi was not working for 3 days got it resolved after that it was the modem..On level 25 always out of hot water. Had to run all taps in room to get some so a few cold showers. Have stayed here a few times first time having these problems. Staff tried to sort it and very helpful.
