Close to the airport as I had missed my connecting flight

Bomb scare in the lobby the morning I was leaving back to the airport

Close to airport, shuttle service was great. Close to BART station.

Tub and shower not cleaned as well as it could have been. Drain very clogged, water build up during shower. Conditioner leaking into tub. Walk to BART station not pleasant. And no shuttle drop off to BART.

Location. Super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Bayside walking trail across the street.

The room-Tired and/or outdated rooms, squeaky plastic under all of the carpet in the room, so annoying. Squeaky bathroom door, missing art with screws left in the wall.

Very cordial staff, fantastic in-house restaurant, clean, great location close to SFO, clean, quiet, comfortable room, on-time and efficient shuttle to SFO

I stayed at the Westin as a layover at SFO before catching my flight the next day. A very nice spacious room with good facilities for a comfortable stay with a good comfortable bed and aircon. The Breakfast buffet onsite was very nice and plentiful with more coffee always on offer by staff, but the Breakfast is maybe a little pricey for some people. Staff are very nice and very approachable if you have any queries. The Hotel Stuttle Buses between the Hotel and the airport terminals at SFO are very good and very much appreciated. For this Hotel look for the Bus covering The Aloft and Westin hotels at the shuttle bus pick up point outside the airport terminal.

Not much to dislike, Just a good straight forward comfortable Hotel to stay at the airport, before catching an onward flight.

Location is really close to the airport and the shuttle was very convenient. Also, room was geberally nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is a bit dated. Just a slight change in the color of the walls and/or flooring would do so much (!) as the furnirure is still very nice. These carpets gave us a nightmare. The two of us had to take our 5 big suitcases to the end of the long hallway to get to our room. That was way harder than it should be. Also, in the description of the hotel they said 24 hour room service is available but that is not exactly true. We arrived pretty late so we were condemned to Uber Eats. If you don’t arrive hungry and tired after midnight and you don’t have loads of suitcases then hotel is a perfect choice.

Son emplacement à proximité quasi immédiate de l’aéroport et navette gratuite toutes les 15 min.

Piscine qui ferme trop tôt…Nous avions perdu 2h aux formalités aux frontières, et sommes arrivés à la fermeture de la piscine! Nous avions réservé cet hôtel, que nous connaissions déjà, pour cette superbe piscine justement! Restaurant sur place un peu cher.

Good airport shuttle service. In house restaurant very good. Nice staff.

Hotel is close to airport. Not soundproofed. Could hear airplanes all night. Not sure if the other side of hotel is quieter. Might want to ask for a quieter room.

Convenient to airport, shuttle driver was helpful with 2 large suitcases, shuttle runs every 15 min., room was clean.

Room faced airport and could hear jet engines up to midnight and start up at 6 am

One staff member working front desk with very long check in line. I asked for a cart for my luggage and he responded he would have to notify housekeeping but 30 minutes later he still hadn’t summoned me a luggage kart poor guy was apparently overwhelmed.
