I love the location and everyone was nice.

My room was good except for the bed was horrible. It had the worse sink in it . I couldn't sleep on that side and I tried sleeping on other side and it was lumpy. I told the receptionist she apologized but nothing else was said or done about it. I paid way to much money to have been uncomfortable bed.

Location and staff were great

The rooms were clean, but small, and I saw a roach crawling on the floor in the breakfast area. There was only one entrance and exit during my stay.

Housekeeping never entered our room The entire stay for 3 days. Trash was over flowing and I had to go get bags from the front desk. In the reservation it stated we would receive daily housekeeping. We did not hang up the do not disturb sign.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly! They explained the parking and parking garage and answered any questions really well.

The hotel could use some updates to the interior. Other than that there was nothing we didn’t like!

Little old, could use some minor TLC. Not much space to unload. Breakfast area needs a microwave to melt butter or cheese and warm up biscuits.

Desk check in person was not cordial, was using her phone as a mirror to adjust her hair. We had to switch rooms because bed had a deep indention on one side. Bathroom was tiny

Location was perfect and the staff all the way down to security and the bartenders were the most pleasant I've ever encountered. They greeted you with a huge smile everyday. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs. I look for customer service first, they by far exceeded this expectation.

The breakfast could have been a little, and I had to request towels several times. To their defense, it was a holiday weekend, however, you should be prepared for the holiday rush.
