Location was great. Although parking was expensive ($38,), there was plenty of it.
The check-in process was a nightmare. It was a 4pm check iin, and we arrived at 3:30. There was already a 45-minute line. By 4, it was minimally twice as long. The rooms labeled as trendy are the older buildings. The room itself was clean, but the hallways were dirty. Our ac was not working, and the controls were broken; it took two calls to the front desk to get anyone up to fix it; maintenance was kind and professional.
