I stay here 3 times a year, its a great location, clean, and dog friendly.
The staff are not friendly anymore, I think its under new ownership. The power went out on one if our days for a few hours which prevented us from cooking and using our computers. I asked about a discount for the day and the guy who checked us in days before all of a sudden couldn't speak English like he did days before. He told me I had to call HR and wouldn't give me his nane, only his initials. Booking reps tried multiple times over a few days to get in touch with them but no luck. Booking made it right and gave me a refund for the night and a voucher credit to use for future bookings. The people who run this place now are shady and non responsive. I will be looking for a new spot.

"Bella location, bella e grande stanza con cucina attrezzata.
Da tenere conto che si trova sul lato occidentale di Monterey quindi spesso e volentieri nella nebbia anche in estate"
