location , location, location, and the waffles were amazing.

The coffee machines in the lobby and the room. Just a basic coffee machine for those who need coffee for rat thing. The place felt outdated and rough around the edges. TV channels would come and go, room was clean but felt very basic for the amount of money spent. Staff was friendly enough but felt a bit unprofessional.

We did not eat breakfast, but I got coffee and it was good. Saw other people preparing their waffles and they looked good. Nice fresh fruit.

In our room when you walked from the bed to the bathroom the floor slopes downwards, it’s concerning why it’s like that. What’s happening with the foundation of the back of the motel.

Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast. The hotel is located just a few miles from downtown Monterey where all the attractions are. The room had a fridge and microwave. Plus a little kitchen that was not in the description but was a pleasant surprise.

Room was good and clean, but not well illuminated. Breakfast was okay (bare minimum). Location was good.

Staff in front desk appeared very arrogant, rude and argumentative.

Excellent location in Pacific Grove. Clean, comfortable and affordable room. Helpful staff.

Nothing special…

Very thin walls, you can hear every car and every guest that goes by. The staff were unfriendly and the breakfast was terrible. The sofa bed was unbearable to sleep in. very disappointing.

Breakfast had great options. The location was great with the butterfly sanctuary directly across the street and the beach within walking distance.

I have no complaints

The room had a kitchenette and a separate reading room.

Nothing, it was a very nice property.

the property and rooms were old and outdated. Sunday morning at 7:30 the office wasn’t open for coffee and so called breakfast included so we finally left and didn’t get to check out!

It was comfortable and very quiet. The facilities were clean and I didn't have any issues with anything while I was there.

Being charged more than 600. dollars per night for a hotel that clearly and routinely is between 99 and 199 dollars per night. The fact that you gouged me because it was Monterrey car week I find inexcusable. I get supply and demand but I do not understand gouging prices triple the normal rate. shame on you. PLUS holding 1200 deposit on my CC as well.. is absurd. I am a longtime frequent traveler with all the major hotel brands and chains, and I have never seen this kind of blatant price gouging. Fortunately your hotel was located close to where we needed to be, and your front desk clerk was extremely friendly and accommodating to us . This was my first and LAST Clarion hotel experience.
