The property was everything that I thought it would be.
The pool was not heated, but that was not a deal breaker.

The location was great, the room was spacious, plenty of room for my family of 4. Looked very clean. Could not hear anything from any of the people next to, above, or below us. The reception staff were very inviting and wonderful.
The beds weren’t very comfortable, and it seemed like the air conditioning wasn’t working too well.

Hot water came fast.
Check-in took for over 30 minutes and no proper communication was made amid the waiting period.
The bathroom is super small.
