Location, breakfast included, excellent staff.
Our room had a dehumidifier that was and an alarm went off in the middle of the night because unit was full of water and it then shutdown. We had to empty the dehumidifier daily.

I want to shout out Jamie in Ocean city holiday Inn. She is so very nice professional, pleasant. I hope the best for her. Very accommodating, smile all the time.
Some of your staff needs to smile and please don't make customers feel don't know anything.

Breakfast was fair and dining area small! The lobby and coffee area small! It was obvious management was cutting back on hotel amenities.
