Room was excellent, security was good. Entertainment show choices were great!

Smoke filtration system in casino could be a little better

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Shawn was very helpful when we checked in. James from the High Stakes Vegas did an amazing job and we would like to thank him for all that he did.

The elevator took a long time to come. On one occasion I have to wait for 15 minutes.

The room itself was fine, and the location was convenient for the event we were attending.

The check-in experience needs significant improvement. We arrived after 10 PM after driving about five to six hours with a young child, and the check-in line was extremely long, stretching almost from the front desk to the entrance. There were several self-service check-in kiosks available, and we had already completed the check-in process on our phone, so we only needed to scan and receive our room key. However, almost all of the kiosks were closed, with only one available. We waited in that line for a long time, and when there were only two guests ahead of us, that kiosk was suddenly shut down as well. We then had to start over and join the very long front-desk line. Since the hotel was hosting a large event and many participants were staying at the property, this level of check-in traffic should have been anticipated. There appeared to be only two staff members handling a very large number of guests. When management could clearly see how long the lines had become, additional kiosks should have been opened or more staff should have been assigned. After a long drive and arriving late at night with a child, having to wait twice made the experience especially frustrating.
