Buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas.
Personal amable y sobre todo eficiente.
Le falta mantenimiento al hotel en general. Las habitación es cómoda, pero los colchones tenían hundimientos. No hay cafetera en la habitación. El minibar tiene un cargo extra.

Nothing really.
When we got to the MGM grand there was a huge line to check in. There was a sign saying that you can check in online by scanning QR code. I decided to check in online and once completed it said I had to wait for my room to be ready. It was more than 15 mins and finally stated that it was really so we headed to our room and when we got there we tried to used the virtual key and it didn’t open the door. My husband used the phone on the hallway to call front desk and they told him that we had to go back and get a key at the front desk. So we had to go back again downstairs and wait in line to get our key. What’s the point of checking in online if it is an easier process checking in with front desk?! Once in the room it just looks like an outdated room which makes me wonder when was the last time they change anything in there early 2000s? We brought water to put in the fridge but when I open it , it was already fully stocked with alcohol you can purchase and no room to use the fridge. It had a sign that if you wanted a fridge for personal to contact front desk but there will be a fee to use one. Charging to use a fridge? Also, they charge me for guest parking and I never had any guest. I definitely don’t recommend the MGM grand there’s much better hotels to stay at and for a better price.

Shows were excellent . We went to two . Places to eat were great but expensive.
Information was not consistent . Told they would try and put our family close together . We were in completely different tower locations . Desk told us after our second time queuing to ring from the room and they would look after us . We did exactly that and were told we had to come down to the desk . For a finish out of frustration we didn't get to move . We had to put $ 400 dollars , $ 200 per room deposit and then we were charged 50$ for leaving a Twix into the shop fridge for a couple of hours and there is no other fridge in the room . When we queried it we were told tough we had to pay it . For two ice creams in the hotel it was 35$ . We won't be recommending this Hotel. Although there was lots of choice for places to eat they were all expensive . Wine per glass varied from 18$ to 26$ each

Too large and food at buffet was not good.

Variety of activities, food and places to visit in the hotel. Clean and helpful staff. Very near the monorail which makes commenting easy
No complimentary tea, coffee, water in the room. Not welcome kit for stay which forces guests to buy toothpaste, shower cap, simple amenities you would expect of this caliber hotel

Que me dijeran por booking que si me podían entregar la habitación antes y no fue así, tuvimos que esperar hasta las tres de la tarde y dormir en la camioneta después de manejar toda la noche a las Vegas desde San Diego, solo por confiar en que nos habían dicho que si nos entregarían antes la habitación, también el proceso de pago por aquí por la primer noche fue un caos, no aceptaban ninguna tarjeta y no no no. Ninguna estaba bloqueada o sin fondos, todo estaba bien, pero no se por qué se complicó tanto.

The food
The lady went checking out did not ask us what was wrong she wasn’t very nice at all she looked put out we were very upset the room was not a suite the bed was hard as a rock and we could not watch TV because the remote did not work it was horrible we left after being checked in for about five hours we didn’t stay the night in the room they even have a refrigerator in there that you are not allowed to use to put your drinks and they give you a bucket that only fits ice and one drink in it very disappointing

The air was not working in the room and when we got move to a new room there was hair all over the bathroom floor and we ate at Johnnie Rockers and got sick and everything was so expensive

Weak WiFi not able to use refrigerator without a charge and not even a courtesy bottle of water without a charge unless gambling we’re charged enough for everything else so why shouldn’t we be able to use the refrigerator for our personal items or receive courtesy water? The advertising information for the time share wasn’t exactly as stated by your representative Andrew as we found out in the presentation at Wyndham WorldMark

was a bit dark. bath tub the water a bit stuck inside the tub then little by little goes down. front desk it’s hard to call on the phone. i know the hotel was busy but for us who travel far and we check in so late the front representative didn’t allow us for a late check out.. they are unfriendly.

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Lots to do on site. Enjoyed the Top Golf and the Lazy river.
I am extremely angry that MGM would charge me if I put a bottle of water in the refrigerator in my room to cool it.... and that if I even touched the contents of the refrigerator, I would be charged. Whoever dreamed that one up should be FIRED!!!!! The ice bucket in the room is so small that I couldn't put 2 bottles of water into it to cool them off. Nowhere were there any signs pointing out where the ice machines were. Also, $30 to BUY a tube for the lazy river is absurd. Why can't the tubes at least be rented???? I am not able to take a tube back home after the vacation is over. These are the reasons why I will not return to MGM.

The Gold lion in front that’s it
Very disappointed there was mold and leaking from the ceiling. Told management no one could do nothing about it. The first night the bed had brown stains. I have pictures of this. Health hazard on the mold on the ceiling with brown stains.

Great bars and shops on site at the MGM
Due to works being done, we didn’t have water in our bathroom between 12am and 5am. After 5am we kept getting woken by the water refilling in the bathroom

the location
The check in staff was very rude and had no courtesy or even a smile on their faces. My laptop internet wasn't working all days, and I could not get any help. they sent me from pillar to post where no one was there to help. my room was changed to another without any notice, and I had to come down several times as the room key was locked off and not even the security didn't know about it. Very bad service by the staff especially the front office girls, their attitude was the worse I have ever seen at any hotel in 49 countries that I have visited so far.

The rooms were outdated. The prices of meals were extremely expensive!

The elevators were speedy.
The breakfast was awful. I had a breakfast sandwich and the egg was microwaved and I could tell the bacon has been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time

My daughter and granddaughter attended a concert at the MGM, my husband and I went along, the cost if the rooms were tripled due to several events happening in Vegas that weekend. MGM should be ashamed of themselves but then again all the hotels did the same thing. I will NEVER stay at the MGM again.

Dirty. Old. The room I was given was under plumbing repair. Smelled musty. Plaster board cut out to expose pipes. I got another room. I asked for a better room for the inconvenience. No response. No apology for the problem. Got a room on the first floor. View of the air conditioner unit. Old. Dank. Dark. Paid $1400.00 for two nights.

The pool was amazing, and our room was comfortable.
The front desk said we could check in early but that they didn’t have a room ready yet and we would get a text. We payed for the early check in and never got a text meanwhile others had gotten their keys we kept checking and they said wait on a text. When we finally check again they said our room had been ready at 10am and it was 1:30. Never got that text. Also hated the blood stain looking carpet.

Lots of amenities on property
Gross staff handling and refusal to apologise and try to blame others for their mistakes. Checked us out a day early so at 3pm we couldn't get into our room. Wanted to charge $1300+taxes and resort fee for an extra night but 'kindly' let us up to the room to get our things but still couldn't get in. Would be much less angry with a simple apology and told them so only to be told 'I did apologise' after saying no you haven't a single time. Asked to complain and she said you are literally complaining to me what do you want. Disgusting way to end the experience.

Den Lärm der Flugzeuge konnte man gut hören.... Wer aber gerne Flugzeuge beobachtet, der ist hier durchaus richtig... Zumindest hatten wir einen Blick auf den Flughafen.
