Location, friendly people at the check-in desk
TV was not working, manager in evening tried to fix but was not able. She offered us a different room with a working tv. We declined but found that a very generous gesture. So no complain about that

Beds were comfy and good pricing.
Sheets were dirty when we got there. They came and changed them very fast though. Then they stripped them the next day and left us without bedding for a while.
