I like the location! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms and bed are delicious.

The room was terrible the couch was ripped, springs poking out of couch, shower was dirty, toilet flooded they came to fix it and not clean it. the stove took forever to heat up. Room was cleaned every 3 days at 5 pm, Accessible shower chair was very loose and unstable, I couldn't shower Safe was broken and we told front desk nothing was done. Never any towels at the pool lots of drunk people there all the time. Breakfast was the same every day. Front desk was speaking spanish in front of us. I also found out that there are guests that are in Air BNB and saw the beautiful renovated clean room for $85 per night. No one monitors anything, no one cares...

The parking lot
Sofa bed is very worn, it is uncomfortable to sleep on it. The carpets in the room are very dirty and there is a smell of damp which is unpleasant.

First morning son was denied breakfast, was told he couldn't due to private room (which was false).
Loud noise from refrigerator, told it would be fixed next day it was not.

Perfect location for what we was after. We had a wedding in Lake Buena Vista and visited Universal Studios, both were very easy to get too. Made use of the pool and the breakfast included was nice enough.

Great hotel for going to Disney and SeaWorld with family. Near to everything… malls, parks and restaurants.

It was Clean, tasty, and had a variety every day
One of the elevators wasn't working and it took a long time to get on and we were at the top floor. There could have been more laundry machine there was only two and one wasn't working

Room was dated and furniture worn, weird smells in the hall and fire inspector came to check room sprinklers while we were getting ready for the day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not many gluten-free options are available for celiac disease, but made do. The lobby was bright and clean.
The doors to the stairwell and rooms were difficult to open. The couch in the room was very beat up and dirty in appearance. There was a cigarette burn mark on it as well. While we didn't see obvious signs of bed bugs, we woke each day with bites. There was mold in the grout in the washroom, and the fan was incredibly loud.

The king bedroom suite was spacious and had a full size refrigerator. The free breakfast was basic but met our needs. We liked the pool. The hotel was close to many restaurants if driving. We chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to Epcot.
We liked everything about this hotel. We felt that we were getting a very good hotel room for the price. We would definitely recommend it!

Breakfast had plenty of seating. Food was sufficient, but powdered eggs were a bit dry. Room was spacious. Conveniently located for all we wanted to do.
The bed felt comfortable, but was awkward as it was concave like a bowl. The second bed was great, so 1 out of 2.

The room was tired, shower curtain all ripped and dated furniture which was marked and falling apart. The carpet was stained.

the property is in a good location in the middle of Disney and Universal.
the breakfast quality wasn’t that good. The couch/pull out needs to be replaced you can definitely feel the springs when sitting on the couch and the pullout part is in no better space.

The room was so spacious and Mrs. Vera at the front desk was so pleasant! We were really impressed with the apartment-feel of our room, as we were staying for an entire week for Disney. The location was perfect, close to the parks, but not so close that you felt like you were at the resorts. Plenty of food options nearby. Our kids loved the breakfast each morning. The house-keeping was super helpful when we needed extra bedding, and was very responsive and fast. Would love to stay here again on future trips!
Some of the furniture was a bit outdated, but we don't care much about things like that, so it was fine overall.

conveniently located to everything and room was very spacious and comfortable.
the rooms looked and smelled old. the creases of the bathtub and tiled floor were black and appeared very dirty… not aesthetically appealing to the eye.

Breakfast was not very good. Drink machine turned off. Canned fruit cocktail in large serving bowl and serve yourself yogurt from a bowl. Not what we would expect in these times
