The hot tub is outdated and looks rough compared to the photos of it.

The staff was wonderful! The location was convenient. My daughter was taking a board exam at the testing facility which was close!

Some of the power outlets in the room didn’t work, the bathroom specifically the shower could use some tlc

I like the fact that I didn't get any confirmation and had no clue where to go and then I didn't have a choice but get another hotel and I was never refunded or compensated likewise.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything you need.
Just needs a shower bar to hold onto in tub and a better shower head.

tub didn’t drain , non of USB ports in room 211 didn’t work couldn’t charge my devises , shade wouldn’t raise & sun Block out shade at same time

Gabe as always was amazing, we love staying at your hotel. We are usually there 3 to 4 times a year to visit family in the area. Love it!!
It's not a didn't like, just you need to work on your hot tub looks a bit rough for such an amazing hotel! Pool is great and both are a must with 2 kiddos!!!
