The customer service was outstanding!!
That there was no room service. I had to hurry up , get dressed and go to breakfast to sit down and eat. I did not like the option for me to just come down.Order breakfast and take it back to my room.That's not acceptable for me. Other than that everything else was great!!

I had to issues or hassles checking in. I like that is was close and convenient to the Toyota Arena.

I liked the location. It's close to the airport and nearby amenities. There are lots of nearby restaurants. I liked the pool and landscaping and it's a great location for a small garden wedding.
The rooms we stayed in we're a lot older and the 1st building felt a lot older. The interior design looks dated and could probably use a facelift. I also didn't like that they charged for parking and offered no complimentary breakfast for the price per night it is.
