Cleanliness
The ice machine was very far away from our room and barely had any ice in it. Only coffee was prepacks in room. No coffee after 10 am. Would have been nice to have coffee in lobby.

Its was very clean.
All the hidden charges werent listed in the booking details or anywhere on the website, IE overnight parking when I had my handicap placard and i had to still pay. I also had to pay a deposit for both nights of a separate booking even though I was told the night I checked in it would be combined and taking care of since I was staying in the same room. Also the fridge bearly worked didnt really get cold enough to store my meds. Last thing theyre weren't ANY luggage carts and i waiting 45mins after I checked it.
