Your staff was the best.
Toilet but fixed in about 1 hour

Close to the attractions we were going to.
I did not get the rooms I booked. Instead they downgraded my room.

Huge rooms, great free breakfast, helpful staff, very clean and quiet, nice pool.
Pillows were too soft, I had to use 2-3 pillows since they would squish so flat. Some of the linens were a little stained.

Ice maker left on in the room fridge. More coffee pods.

It was a quiet hotel
TV in livingroom was not working and had to be fixed. Toilet seat was cracked in half and we had to notify staff. Room only cleaned every 3 days. The breakfast had stale bagels and barely Luke warm eggs. The hotel had a problem with the hot water for half a day which did not allow for warm showers.

Breakfast and pool were great.
Bed was a bit hard and restaurant was not open Sunday. Bar and restaurant closed early by our standards.

Very close to everything. I got the suite so it was clean and nice and spacious. You can kot hear airplanes at night or day so thats a good thing. I will be back.

The breakfast was good considering the COVID circumstances. The woman who works it is fabulous. We haven't been there for two years because of the virus, and she remembered us and welcomed us back.
The woman who checked us in wasn't friendly at all and wasn't helpful at all when we were trying to print out our boarding passes back home. You shouldn't have let Carlos go to another hotel. Big mistake. We didn't feel valued as a guest at all.

The size of the room. The comfort of the king sizes bed. The bed was great, I slept like a rock.

We liked the breakfast and room ..I did leave a brown leather toiletries bag in the parking lot by accident. I guess it fell off my suitcase when I was transporting my luggage to the car. Didn't know if anybody turned it in to the desk ??
