It's clean and great location.
There should be water bottles, toothpaste, and napkins. I was told to get free parking, but it didn't happen.

We had an amazing stay, super clean, food was great and the coffee shop was delicious. The bellhop team are all go getters! They work hard and do it with the best attitude.

The location was close to my conference location, it was a walking distance to the mall I LOVED that. The area was very clean and safe. My room was spacious and modern with big beds
The receptionists had the WORSET customer service I have experienced in my life. They had this not willing to assist attitude, though on the last day my encounter with Jason was amazing it was a breath of fresh Air from the other receptionist. Everyone else was nice at the hotel.
The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the safe wasn't working forcing me to walk around with my passport.
No shuttle bus to the near by conference which other hotels provided.
