Location and the help of the front desk

The breakfast was excellent, room was clean, modern and big enough. Restaurants were within short walking distance.
The road noise from the traffic outside was loud. I think the windows were very thin and you could hear cars all night. The company should have invested in better soundproof windows and insulation. I was shocked Hampton Inn wouldn't have done a better job on such a busy street. I would stay again but I would try to get room not on streetside.

The breakfast was very good and the location was great. It was very close to the location of the event we attended.
It was very crowded. It seemed there was a seminar going on so it was difficult to get the elevator. And in the evening there was a birthday party, which they had a large dog, that was barking at us when we were getting in the elevator that scared my daughter. Also, the pool was very small and we didn't go in because there was a large crowd already there and I didn't feel comfortable with my children.
