The location is near the shops and stores
I don’t like the receptionist named Randi who made a mistake on my reservation. She said there’s only 1 room under my name and turns out when I asked the front desk the next morning, there were indeed 2 rooms that I booked. I want a refund for that other room. My friends need to book another room for themself because of that mistake.
