Elevators programmed. Rooms w views. Spacious rooms.
Garage did not have adequate capacity. Had to walk 3 blocks at another garage they told me would cost less. Instead it cost the same ($60). Service was only average partly because they were overwhelmed with cruise guests.

The proximity to my event, which was just next door. It was an easy walk to Pike Market as well. The parking valet was not only efficient but very personable. All the staff were absolutely charming.
The bed pillow was larger/firmer than I prefer but it didn’t ruin my stay.

Lovely large room with great views. Comfortable beds.
I don’t think I have ever met more rude dismissive staff than those on main reception in this hotel. (Early morning staff and bell desk staff were fine). Service was poor and failed to send early morning call as requested
