Check in was easy as ever, and the hotel was in such a central location in the city. We flew in for PAX West, and we were right where we needed to be. Everything is walking distance. Rooms are comfy, clean, and quiet. I have no complaints there. I even left my bag in the restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk had it for me in the morning.
I can't really think of much to complain about with my particular stay. I've been here twice for PAX over the last 2 years, and both time the stay has been fantastic. I plan to stay here in the future if I come back to PAX next year.

They did allow us to purchase an additional night valet service to leave our car there while we went to a concert across the dstreet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was no coffee in room and that in the lobby was not available when the attached restaurant opened.

Great location, super plush towels
Air/heat system roars. It’s impossible to be both cool and quiet. And no coffee maker in the room! Have to dash down to lobby before 7 for free coffee.
