Location near the airport and the convenient shuttle. The staff has always been friendly and courteous.
There was no bath soap in the container in the shower. We weren’t able to adjust the thermostat and it was too cold. It was either too cold or we had to turn the air off. The beds are too soft which leads to uncomfortable sleep. Wish beds had a firmer mattress or adjustable.

Breakfast was terrible. We were charged for it, even though, was included in the price.
