The room was decent, the pool area was beautiful, but the water was cold, and the Jacuzzi did not work , the breakfast café was not open

The ac need to be fix, the ac take forever to be cold. We had to buy a fan just to blow the ac air around the room. And plus call front seat and they did not have a fan.

The property was very misleading the staff was rude my son fell at the pool due to excessive water around the pool. They had no towels at the pool, causing us to use our room towels and then we had no towels to take a shower hotel staff told us they were no towels in the entire hotel.

Everything facilities are old and not clean enough restrictions on towels it was some mold and old mat at shower

Lots of bugs by pool continue to get bit by mosquitoes very uncomfortable stay just from that ,and back door doesn’t lock anyone was able to just come in and out.

The location was good for my purposes and the room was comfortable and quiet. It was easy to find using Google Maps.

There are no elevators up to the 2nd floor. It wasn't a big deal for me as I was traveling very light, but the guest climbing the stairs in front of me with a huge suitcase was ANGRY!!!

I have stayed there before and I like the rooms, and the pool, very nice

I did have a problem this time, they broke my key hole entry to my vehicle, and a scratch on the back of my vehicle. Things were gone through but only took a Jacket. Have tried contacting the Manager but have to call on Wednesday to have her look at the cameras.

The beds were comfortable and door that opened right to pool.

The cleaning was horrible. Dead bugs that were smashed still on bathroom wall. Dried soap. Black mold or scum on shower wall. Carpet had many stains. The remote was disgusting. You could tell it's been a very long time it was wiped cleap. Coffee pot where coffee pod goes was dirty. You could tell some coffee dried up. Ice bucket lid was crack. Just poor quality in cleaning or keeping room nice.

The pool is beautiful the only insue is the water was too cold.
