Nice hotel well located in Downtown, helpful staff, and well maintained room
Check in line was really long. It was probably just bad timing with a large group arriving right before me

Beautiful property. Location was great.
The fridge was off and unplugged and we did not realize it until we got back from our concert and our leftovers from dinner were smelling.

Nice location to all activities I was in town for
A little to pricey for the room

The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Everyone I encountered was very professional.
The air conditioner was very loud. We had to turn it on low to sleep, which made us hot. The bed was also very uncomfortable, the mattress was very bad, and should be replaced. I was up all night trying to get comfortable, and my sciatica was re-triggered from the horrible mattress. For the price of this hotel, the mattress and air conditioner should be better.
