Location is 10/10, not too far from everything. Clean rooms+beds and overall good/easy stay. Love the snacks downstairs and the water refill station was sooooo good. Security in the parking lot was nice. Hot water + sheoer pressure so great. Adequate counter spaces. AC/heater worked very well.
15$ a day for parking is wild … especially when it’s not enclosed or anything however we did see security so I guess that’s good but still caught us off guard. Super pricey too, as a Long Beach native there isn’t anything special about here despite being close to a lot of places but I guess since it’s an airport hotel it’s more $$$ when it shouldn’t be. Also wasn’t a fan of the doors connecting to another room but we didn’t hear the people next door so I guess it’s okay

Charged me 50.00 more upon checkin, did not give me a breakfast certificate nor tell when and where to go. Ran me up and down the elevator to find a certificate. Bar would only take cash. Front desk employees were rude. Will not stay again

Very clean, great free breakfast
Soap products locked so they cannot be removed from their brackets on the wall but way to high to use for someone using the bathtub rather than the shower. Lots of TV channels but no guide to tell you where they are or what they are. Not enough pillows.

I enjoy the bar and the pool area
The pool could use warming up it was too cold, we had to move rooms 3 times the bed was uncomfortable.

Sharing a pool with the hotel next door. Extremely packed. Too loud. There was a party going on. Did not get to enjoy my stay.

Where do I start. Let’s start by stating this hotel is overpriced for very poor service and bummed rooms! Also they surprised me with the fact that they charge parking at 15$ per car never have I ever.
Got to the room air would not come on. I tried call down on three separate occasions and nobody answered, so I tried on my cell, still no answer. So I go all the way back down and there are 3 people including the manager at the front desk with no guest. They didn’t have a room to switch us to and maintenance would be up. I went back, up and tried to get into my room handle on my door completely loose and the door would not open. I had to find a housekeeping and she was able to shimmy it open (she even responded as if she was sick of the failing of the property). Once I got in I kept playing with the on/off button on the “air unit” and it kicked on but its a damn swamp cooler it was so muggy and gross in the room with it on, so I had to use my fan I brought. They tried to accommodate by giving us breakfast vouchers cause they charge 19$ and they took care of the parking.
No ventilation or fan in bathroom so you sweat while taking a shower, every time we left our room we had to search for housekeeping to open our door, breakfast was disgusting and dry, then the elevator broke so that took up extra time to get up and down to your room, our room smelled like smoke even though it was none smoking.
WORST HOTEL STAY I HAVE EVER HAD! No hospitality, and everything was breaking right before our eyes, it was more frustrating than a good night stay thank goodness it was just one night. I wish I could get my money back.

There was a party going on 4 floors up in the restaurant. It sounded like it was next door. Even with the windows closed the street and freeways are still noisy.

elevator were safety hazard. I got stuck with among other people. cable sucks. and wifi wasn’t provided.

Location
Odor when we got off of the elevator and in the room was not pleasant. We closed off the drains in the tub and sink to help reduce the odor. Bathtub floor felt as if we were walking on a bubble. Some bugs were seen in the room near the vanity.

staff in restaurant were extremely pleasant. enjoyed dinner with family and the breakfast provided with the room with my husband. very nice breakfast offerings.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Good that was suppose to be hot was hot.
Staff was a bit slow in asking for our drink order.

The room was wonderful. also like the fact that they arranged taxi rides for me which was very helpful. I did eat breakfast which was ok. Being diabetic I needed to eat.
That all the ice machines were gone or broken. I love to drink cold water

How quiet it was.
There were only ice machines on two floors and we ran our of toilet paper on the first day.

You charged us for an extra day because you thought we did not check out. Your staff made a mistake by saying we left things in the room. Not true the room was empty and we were on a plane when we got the message that we didn’t check out. Poorly trained staff. Lousy $20 breakfast. Breakfast staff not trained well. I don’t eat meat so it was $20 for a scoop of eggs and a scoop of potatoes.
