Ok! Over all I would give this stay a 4 outta 5. Couple of things, pool was not heated as told..hot tub was down that was disappointing for my children, there was only one roll.of toilet paper for a room that is supposed to sleep 6..only decaf coffee in room...I do.know we could have went downstairs to retrieve more but we did not wish to leave the room..also wifi was spotty at best...also disapointing for the kids...when we called front desk to ask for toilet paper and coffee, they said come downstairs to get the stuff, that should have been the basics at our room.

Family trip to Long Beach before our cruise. Both pool and hot tub are under construction and not working. Sent to a sister property about 5-10 mins away and the pool and hot tub were tiny and not heated. No other options available. Bummed kids.
Breakfast was pretty good though.

Staff was amazing. Though the pool was out-of-order, they offered to take us to another hotel if we wanted to swim. The breakfast was also amazing.

Every staff member I spoke to was very personable & helpful. My only complaints are that none of the ice machine worked & the pillows on the beds were not comfortable. We both woke up with stiff necks & I woke with a headache.

For the price of this hotel, the service provided when reporting a problem with the room was very disappointing. I got a text right after check in asking if our room was ok and I reported that there was a very large section of carpet outside the bathroom that was soaking wet and I was concerned there might be a leak. They asked if it was ok to send someone up and I said yes please and no one ever showed up. As there was 5 of us in the room, we stayed up in the living room waiting for maintenance to show up and when we finally got a knock on the door at 10:15 it was not maintenance but someone who worked at the hotel telling us that quiet hours were in effect and we needed to be quiet. We were not loud by any means, just talking in the living room. I then reported this issue the next morning and was just told “hmmmm, I’ll chat with the staff from last night to see what happened”. On the positive side, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable and the shuttle driver from the airport was an amazing lady.

It was a full kitchen with plates and pans and silverware. Great breakfast. I didn't like that they charge $14 a day to park.

The staff was very rude and said that since it was Expedia I had to pay $100 for early check in, so I checked in at 4pm and they said my room wasn’t ready yet. They were very rude and made it a pint that I was second class cus it was expedia

I didn't like the front desk clerk who was on duty the last day of our stay at the hotel. I needed assistance with buying some medications and the clerk wasn't very helpful and seemed impatient when I was paying. By the way, this was early in the morning when no other guests were around and I was in a wheelchair.

The property is close to the airport and there are restaurants and shopping very close by. The rooms were well equipped and the service was exemplary. Will definitely stay here the next time I am at Long Beach.

I love their kitchen and the room smells good. Nice and friendly staff. Excellent place to stay.

The room and customer service were good. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the mini kitchen with supplies were convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars were the room was not cleaned during our stay after opt-ing in, not enough towels for family of four, and the sink faucet was wobbly.

The Homewood was exactly what it needed to be. Close to the airport, clean, comfortable, and included breakfast. The text to my phone after we arrived to check in and see if the room was ok was a nice touch. We would stay there again.

They should state the parking costs $15 per day, don't remember seeing that in the description. It seemed like it was a newer hotel, but there was frayed carpet and few garbage cans. The buffet the next morning was awesome. Beds were iffy, the hide-a-bed was such as it is. Really nice area outside by the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The breakfast was fantastic. The area around the hotel was nice and there were several places to eat close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel with great breakfast. Clean abd comfortable. One improvement that would be good is to make sure its equip to accommodate the number of guest. We had a family of 5 staying the for 2 nights. We were given 3 towel sets, 2 forks, 2 plates. But staff was friendly and brought additional towels upon request. Kids loved the pool. Would highly recommend!

Hotel is very clean, close to the airport and within walking distance to food.
The best part of our stay was the hotel staff. From the moment that we walked in the door, they were very accommodating, I have never been to a hotel that EVERY single one of the staff members were nice, smiling and super helpful.

Excellent one night stay. Free shuttle to/from the airport. Contnintal breakfast was pleasant and good. Great location to come in the day before for a cruise. Staff was friendly. Shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is they wanted $50 for early check in. Just had them hold the luggage until check in time.
