Location
Looked a bit shabby. Carpets and furniture ned a refresh. Mattress was soft and lumpy

Okay beds. A TV to watch to decompress from a long day's drive. Location was central and close to other points of interest. Clean towels.
The bathroom shower was disgusting. It had clearly NOT been cleaned in a LONG while. Grime and dirt there and on the tile floor in front of it. Both the bathroom sink and the tub would not drain properly, which explained the water staining and soap scum issue in both. Visible dirt/sand/whatever piled in corners of the bathroom floor and the outer hallways were nasty too. Come on! Clean up folks!
