Very clean facilities and in a calmer area than others. The staff were phenomenal. Both the young women. The one checking us in and the one when we got back from our event were helpful and courteous. The older gentleman that checked us out was also such a warm and hospitable person. The room was very clean and updated. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were very sweet as well. The breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was fresh! I will be staying here again when I come back through.
The only "negative" would be traffic which is out of the hotel's reach. Just be mindful it will take you a long time to go right. Plan ahead and leave 30min early. That's Charlotte for ya!

Everything was exceptional! Breakfast, location, staff and parking. The beds were fantastic!

It was a one night stop off on way down south to Cornwall. Front desk staff were very good.
It was a bit outdated. Very basic
Allowed dogs in lounge/bar area next to open dining. Therefore both eating experiences we heard barking during our meals.
