ALL IN ALL IT WAS GOOD!

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT-SERVER WAS VERY FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS GENERALLY CLEAN AND LOCATION OF HOTEL WAS GOOD. COFFEE WAS GREAT. BED SLEPT WELL.

NIGHT STAND HAD SOMETHING SPILLED ON IT AND NOT CLEANED UP. FRIDGE WAS NOT EMPTIED AFTER LAST GUESTS. THERE WAS NO HAIR DRYER & NO IRONING BOARD.

Brief but pleasant except the sink disaster. I didn’t shower with no towels.

Good location. Restaurants within walking distance. Comfy bed, plenty of good TV. Channels. Clean bathroom. Nice room. I didn’t have time to enjoy amenities.

The bathroom sink. Water poured from under the sink and flooded some of my stuff (laundry) and I had to use all the towels to stop it from flooding. 3rd party booking so no discount or refund or free night.

The rooms were roomy and fresh great soap and showe bed was comfortable great food for breakfast

Parking naturally because of the remodel, but it was a great stay would do it again and it will be great when it is all finished

Excellent, would highly recommend

We originally reserved this hotel for a halfway stop on our way to Charleston SC. When driving back home we made a reservation again due to the family enjoying our stay. Really loved the breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms.

you have all the necessary handles and rails in the bathroom for disabled except the bathtub was slippery. just something to consider.

Loved it and hope to get to go back to that location again soon

The location was perfect. Being right beside a bass pro. You can’t go wrong, and the breakfast I wish more of your motels offered a breakfast like you had.

for me it is the right combination of location cleanliness and price, plus I usually look to stay at HIE when I travel

I’ve stayed here several times for the location and rate, and The Chop House is excellent!
