I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a hair dryer I thought that was a standard room option these days.

The location was good, about 25 minutes from downtown Knoxville and easy access off 81. The price was good, comparatively speaking, for a place for a quick shower/sleep.

The security was lacking. Late at night, the side and back doors are unlocked with apparent broken key pads, so any random person can enter the hotel. The hotel generally has a damp, musty smell. The towels are very thin and the pillows are weirdly small. Each of our rooms had a door to the balcony and we heard loud traffic, all hours. The breakfast is not great. They seem to need more staff; we saw the same guy at the front desk late at night, early in the morning and mid-day, but he was friendly.
