Bathroom could have nicer towels rather than sandpaper. Pillows on beds need to be firmer.

The room was nice and clean
The main thing about this hotel that I didn't care for was the fact that it was only one elevator in the entire building well there was two but only one elevator was working. We were located near the stairs but once I went down the two flights of stairs, I was met with the fire exit door, so I had to go back up the stairs and then precede to take the long walk back to the elevator.
