The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. I liked the location being across the street from the beach. I liked the water and coffee options as well.
It was confusing that the hotel said Jacksonville beach but I seemed closer to Neptune Beach. It was a bit of a walk to get to the places I wanted.

The wash clothes were old and dingy

Short distance walk to the beach
The breakfast served has no taste, low quality cheap. I don’t recommend it go and get your own breakfast.
