My favorite part about our stay at the hotel was service we received from Mah/Mahogany from the moment that we arrived. She was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. She even educated me about the IHG membership and helped me sign up.

The property was great! the elevator was down for maybe 3 minutes but it was resolved quickly m

Lady at the front desk was beyond amazing! Had a amazing personality, room was super clean and breakfast was delicious.

The reviews and pictures on booking are deceiving. The pool was smaller and the hotel suite we occupied left a bit much

Young lady at the front desk was nice and polite. Clean white bed linens. The room was big because it was a suite. There is a fridge and microwave plus coffee and tea in the room.

Bathroom had black mold on the walls. It was in need of repair. For a Queen suite, and the price, I expected better.

Beds were very comfortable. Sank deep under covers and slept well.

Continental breakfast... food was cold... very cold. Gravy tasted bad. Biscuit tasted like dough.

Great price! Very clean establishment! Every one that works there is so sweet and very customer oriented! We had to stay due to our plumbing being repaired. We arrived at 11 pm and were tired, we were welcomed! Would return!

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel. I noticed that things have been upgraded and I am very happy with that. Holiday Inn Express will always be my first choice for hotel stay. I love the dow comforters and the breakfast buffet.

The friendly staff...the cleanliness...meeting our needs of extra towels when requested with no questions. Breakfast was great.. .the person cooking on Sunday the 25th....she was awesome.

Rooms humid but beds so comfortable it didn't matter

Clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast tasty with plenty of options. Staff friendly & helpful.

Rooms seemed humid & no matter how low I put the air it didn't get any colder.
