Great place at a great price and the staff is wonderful!

The kitchen area was fantastic.

The bathtub stopper was broken.

Great location, very comfortable, amazing customer service.

Staff was amazing and kind. Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The only negative thing was the hot doggy smell in the room. Once you turn on the ventilation it subsided a bit

Comfortable affordable outstanding customer service

The front desk worker, Greg, was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice, attentive, and knowledgeable of the area. When we needed extra pillows and blankets, he had them to us within minutes. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room had everything you needed to make it feel like home.

The rooms curtains had an old smell almost like someone had previously smoked in the room

Very good

The quietness of the facility. The free laundry service. Several stores were in close proximity to gather necessary items for my stay.

The trash piled up in the rear entrance where I had to maneuver my companions wheelchair made the rear almost inexcessible for him.

Enjoyed spending a week there but rooms needed updating.

Location was great, very little street noise. Super easy to access Interstate and nearest expressway. Very pet friendly and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. COLD A/C was nice!

Dust everywhere!!!!!! Microwave kept running even after timer went to "0" and door closed. Kitchen chairs were worn out needed a few more utensils, especially pots and some silverware. Room needed a little TLC

it was ok, I expected more from Sonesta especially for me almost paying 200 for one night. ohhh and I didn’t like that I

tv in a odd place, no complementary breakfast, nothing was stocked for us to buy any snacks or drinks.

Great place to stay. We liked it a lot.

nice to have kitchen facilities and microwave, toaster, and refrigerator in the room. Everything seemed clean and nice. The handicapped bathroom was very helpful and walk in shower was appreciated!

Just a little more silverware would have been nice

It was nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was great, room was clean.

When we got back from the concert, the front desk was closed. A barrier was pulled down and I'm not sure anyone was there.

The next time I come ,I will try to stay here again.I ENJOYED MY STAY.

The area was very clean.They were planting fresh flowers at the hotel. I had a minor issue with one of the televisions,but the issue was resolved the first thing the next morning.

I did not know that the television was not plugged up.

With the shower on, the bath faucet kept running with water, so the bathtub filled up over half way. That was the only issue.

Good location in clean hotel. Ideal for working people, Can cut costs by cooking meals in room.

clean hotel and room. full-sized refrigerator, dish washer, good WiFi, good location, parking structure, toaster, comfortable bed.

A few item normally in room were missing: alarm clock, soap dish, small kitchen knives, cutting board.

excellent place for those working in the area.

Clean hotel. Full sized refrigerator. kitchenette. free parking including a covered garage. good location for work. good shopping nearby.

be aware there is no breakfast. But groceries are nearby and you can make your own in the kitchenette. Shower flow was a little weak.

Enjoyed nice weekend. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the separate bedroom. Hide-a-bed was comfortable. Big room with everything we needed.
