All of the stuff was extremely friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast worth the price (yummy waffles). Really recommend to stay! Thank you for your gift.

It was very clean, courteous staff. The room was very clean and it had hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc) included. They had 4 elevators and they were never crowded.

Der erste Empfang im Hotel war wirklich sehr gut. Man wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen und das Personal war hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren im 29 Stock mit toller Aussicht auf Manhattan. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Die Möbel an sich, vielleicht etwas abgewohnt, aber sehr sauber. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren. Die Lage ist top! Man geht gerade mal 5 min bis zum Times Square und die Metro ist 2 min entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Wochenticket zu buchen. Das Frühstück morgens ist sicher für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig, da alles in Plastik ist, selbst Teller und Besteck. Abwechslung gibt es dort nicht, aber uns hat es auf jeden Fall ausgereicht, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Wir fanden es auch super, dass man vom Frühstück alles mitnehmen konnte, es gab extra Behälter und Tüten dafür. Wir haben das nicht gemacht, aber viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern haben dieses Angebot rege in Anspruch genommen. Im Foyer steht immer kostenlos Wasser zur Verfügung, was wir auch super fanden. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Volle Punktzahl!

Geo who checked us in was very nice and professional. He made us feel very welcomed. Only downfall about this hotel was the air quality. We would put the air on and the room still felt stuffy.
I didn’t like that the room was very stuffy. My daughter and I would try to control the air conditioning and it was still very hot in the room. Also the curtain was ripped. I’m not sure if staff is actually checking their rooms.

The property was great, only about 12 minutes from Times Square/Broadway where my visit primarily was located. I liked how safe it is that you need a key card to enter the hotel and access the elevator. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, professional and was so accommodating with extra towels and bath mat. I truly thank each of the staff members for their kindness during my stay.
I did feel that it wasn’t as thoroughly clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the tub, Kleenex/toilet paper on the bathroom floor and the sheets had a mark that may have been a permanent stain. Not really enough to bother anyone as it was minor, but enough for me to notice. I also did not think they came to my room during my stay to switch out the towels as I had to ask the desk for them. Again, minor stuff but I thought it should be noted.

Ottima struttura come qualità/ prezzo. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. La zona personalmente non è delle migliori. Collegamenti ottimi con la metro per ogni destinazione turistica. Colazione buona con la possibilità di prendere qualcosa per un spuntino( caffè , te frutta yogurt) .

LOCATION was fabulous. We did have to walk a couple blocks that seemed a bit scary but didn't experience any problems. We were able to walk to many great locations from hotel. Also, staff was great and breakfast staff really great. Hotel was very clean. Also, they stored our bags securely until our room was ready and until our flight left on way home.
ELEVATORS did not work properly some of the time. Would skip floors, etc. Also, in our shower/tub, water got hot enough but if you turned hot up all the way to warm up faster, it made this terrible noise.

The entire stay went great. The location was just a few blocks from Time Square, restaurants, many other activities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff working the breakfast was beyond polite.
No complaints about any part of the stay.

Frühstück hätte gerne abwechslungsreicher sein dürfen mit vor allem mehr Frischem (Obst und GEMÜSE!).

Nice hotel, staff always friendly and helpful. Even did a courtesy call to check we were happy. Good breakfast, and would give us takeaway bags to take some food which was nice, never had that before. Clean place, walking distance to port authority bus terminal was very useful (literally over the road).
Maybe more selection of foods for breakfast, but other than that nothing else was bad.

La habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares y la cama era súper cómoda. A la ubicación le daría un 10 ya que en 10 minutos caminando estabas en Times Square. El personal era estupendo y súper amable.
La única pega que le pondría es la variedad que hay en el desayuno. Si te quedas 1-2 días no lo notas pero si te quedas una larga estancia se nota la poca variedad que existe en el desayuno. Añadiría más fuentes de proteínas que no sean los huevos y las hamburguesas.

Excellent location, clean room, and very nice and cooperative staff. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, especially thanks to Keren Cerdero, our reception desk assistant. She helped my wife in the morning with late checkout and directions.

La chambre était suffisamment grande, avec une belle vue, relativement confortable. L'emplacement idéal pour gravité vers tous les centres d'intérêt et proche du métro. En revanche le quartier s'est dégradé par rapport à quelques années ( mendicité, drogue...) Le petit déjeuner n'était pas qualitatif, peu de choix, beaucoup de monde, salle bruyante et sans fenêtre.

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en el hotel. Su ubicación es excelente, el personal es super amable y las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y funcionales. Tuvimos una confusión durante la reserva on line y los chicos de la recepción nos ofrecieron las mejores opciones, unos genios.
Todo estuvo perfecto.

One morning I had an early start - needed to catch a train at 5:15am. There was no hot water, even after running the water. During winter having a cold shower to go out in the cold was not great

De locatie was perfect. Midden in het centrum. Het personeel was heel aardig. Aan de balie kregen wij een upgrade van kamer zonder extra kosten, wij konden gebruik maken van de computer als we deze nodig hadden. Het personeel die bij het ontbijt werkten, maakten altijd een praatje met de gasten en waren vrolijk en hardwerkend.
Het ontbijt was lekker, maar wij mistten wel wat vers fruit. De rest van het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Ubicación excelente, el tamaño de la habitación perfecta , el personal de la recepción muy amable , lo mismo que el personal de la sala del comedor , la cama muy cómoda y las almohadas lo mismo . Nada de ruido en el exterior . Recomendable 💯 calidad precio . Si vuelvo a New York me volvería a alojar en este hotel
