Perfect location, good restaurants, liked the breakfast, and the room was comfortable
The elevators are absolutely a nightmare, you can wait over 10 minutes for the elevator to be available. The structure is dated and even if it’s clean the room looks like it’s falling apart. Also, that automatic check-in and checkout never works and the lines for checking in and out impossible.

Housekeeping staff was awesome - great bagel place around the corner. Easy check in and check out. We always had hot water. Greet staff was always kind and receptive. It was nice.
The housekeeping staff was great. The smell of MJ is very strong in the area - not the hotel’s fault - including in our first room but that could be from a previous guest. However for a Hilton - we were very surprised at the level of finish - and lack of lighting.
