Location was great for us as we were going to the Giant Center event. Cleanliness, style of decor, smelled clean, and breakfast was very good and appreciated.
The gentleman at the Front Desk was not friendly. Did not greet us with a smile the whole time. Maybe just needs a refresher course in Front Desk /first impression importance. Or work somewhere else in hotel.

Staff was very helpful during breakfast.
The bed sheets felt wet and damp. Not sure why but it was not just my room. The other room that I also acquired for other family members said the same thing. Must be the kind of sheets they use for the beds when they get cold from the ac.
