It was my first time experiencing Amarillo. So this place was Comfortable for us.

Nice hotel but needs a maintenance check.

Nice large room, comfortable bed

Could not turn off a/c. Bathtub did not drain.

Very good

The breakfast was OK. The area was not bad. Was able to check in quickly.

Our bedspread had a yucky stain on it. Rooms were very small. The hotel needs some updating.

Disappointing

It was close to where we were going.

pool was closed, room was dirty, but the bed and bathroom were clean. Expensive for the quality of room.

There was a lot of water damage on the ceilings. My family was very stuffy when we left in the morning.

Flies galore

The flies were horrible. The breakfast area had so many flies, you couldn't enjoy your food.

Meh. Some great FD staff made it better.

With one exception, staff was great.

Poor maintenance and ignored Holicare. Broken shades, broken window, USB outlets misaligned to the point of being useless, elevator self-leveling out of adjustment, insect carcasses in bath light fixture.

Staff that checked me in was very pleasant. I asked for an early checkin time and they got it done.

Refrigerator made obnoxious noise. Highway made a lot of noise. Cable TV was not working well.
