Hotel is centrally located to the downtown area. Room was very clean and stocked. Breakfast was good.
You have to pay for parking and its $23 per night. That's expensive especially if you were spending more than 1 night. Shower flooring is very noisy

Our AC was out until about 4am. I call the front desk @ around midnight, a woman told me she'd call back. It started working a couple hours later without a call back from the woman that I spoke with and then got a call from a gentleman to send someone up. I informed him that that it came on and requested a later check out. He obliged and was very nice. I feel like you shouldn't pay up for Hilton and have a nonfunctioning ac unit in St Augustine in the summer time.
