History. Location. Comfortable.
Upkeep was a little behind but saw evidence of working on improvements.

It was Bayfront and we loved just sitting on the balcony looking at all the boats and yachts. The room was clean and smelled so good and clean when we arrived. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. It was close enough to walk to most anything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay here again.
The beds had very sharp edges on the footboard and I ran into them so many times it looked like I had been beaten. Maybe get some type of corner covers to soften the edges of the footboards.

The location is excellent
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable; paying a parking fee was a surprise: no pet free available rooms.
