It was clean and spacious. The staff was amicable.

Woke up to the loud noises of footsteps from the room above us. We ended up leaving earlier than anticipated due to the notice upstairs.

Rooms are somewhat recently updated so modern TVs and furniture are present, and it was nice that they had a 24-hour front desk and a Starbucks / snacks onsite for purchase.

Room booked was not what we were given, and we got really horrible service from the manager who was on the night shift who was absolutely no help in making the situation better when it was determined our room type had been given away and the only option was an ADA room on the first floor next to the kitchen and dumpsters. That manager also failed to share during check in that rooms are not cleaned for 1 or 2 night stays unless specifically requested, only for 3 nights or more. Heard lots of noise through the wall from the kitchen starting at 6 a.m. and because we were there for a wedding were bothered at not having a regular shower / tub combo or bathroom setup since it was an ADA room, but we didn't need or request any of those room adaptations. When we asked about moving to a different room the morning after check in so we'd be more comfortable -- we were really hopeful we could sort it out before we'd be gone all day long for the wedding -- we got major attitude from the manager who told us there was nothing he could do and to get over it. I've never heard or experienced such strange and bizarre manner of providing service from someone in a hotel management role simply for asking him to do his job and fix the mistake made by the hotel. That night when we returned to a room that hadn't been cleaned -- since we weren't aware that was something we had to request -- he blamed me for not knowing to make the request and claimed he had made this clear, rather than being helpful or offering fresh towels or anything. In fact, he even told me to quit complaining about things with the room or he could / would kick us out from the hotel. Again -- utterly bizarre reaction.

It was sized well, quick check in, friendly staff

Significant Blood dried on the white duvet, no way someone missed it. Did not come and clean the room, replace towels. Loose bathroom tiles.
