The staff when checking in was extremely kind and polite. The beds are the softest I have ever slept on. Hands down the best hotel bed ever with awesome pillows.
I woke up to ants in the bathroom in the morning. We got in late so Im not sure if they were there the whole time and I just missed it. Also, it could just be a water thing? Im not sure.

They do have a very good breakfast. The shower pressure was good.
The beds are extremely soft, like they should have rotated the mattreses out 10 years ago, we did not sleep. The rooms are old and need renovation. The toilets are so low to floor it's very difficult to get back up. The soaps and shower supplies smell like industrial cleaning products. The makeup remover wipes smell like barf. While the food is good for breakfast the acoustics of the remove are extremely unpleasant. Very, very loud. You hear everyone's conversation. We stayed on the first floor as the elevator was out of service and I just had my second knee replacement.
