The bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Front desk was not very friendly at check-in. We had to work with and pay a separate person to valet our car. Again, not friendly. Floor in room had an area that was sinking when you walked to the bathroom. Couch in room was uncomfortable. Asked for late checkout but maid opened our door early and seemed upset we were still there.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay for 4 nights while in Baltimore for a wedding. The room was comfortable and clean, the check in staff were friendly, the location was convenient and the breakfast was of a good standard. We liked the 24/7 on site shop. We felt that this was excellent value for money paid.
The decor was slightly dated in the hallways and rooms, and we found it unusual that the sink was separate from the bathroom. It would be good to have more fresh fruit and cold meat options at breakfast. Minor points however, overall this was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great location. Walking distance to the stadium. Beatiful lobby with a (unmanned) bat with the football games on a big tv. Lots of folks brought their own bevs and food to enjoy. Room was ver spacious with a semi divide between sleeping and living room with a full couch. Barsink,micro and fridge. Beds and pillow comfy. Decent free breakfast. Lobby is locked at all times so very safe.
Our tv didn’t work. They came up to fix it but no volume, and we couldn’t turn it off.

The room I had to be transferred to was great. Everything was decent, clean and in working order. I love the breakfast and even the inconsistent valet, which I know is not a part of the hotel. Most of the staff is very kind & helpful.
My initial room was extremely hot and the thermostat was not working properly. I was given another room, but no courtesy was not extended to bring a new key card.( In all fairness I did not ask) I was exhausted and had to return to the front desk with my luggage several floors down.
